Active duty student Jason Shea receives Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association Award

Active duty student and graduate of The Citadel Class of 2015, Jason Shea of Moncks Corner, S.C., was awarded the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association Award. The award is presented to the top Naval ROTC student in the disciplines of electrical or communications science. The award is being presented for the first time at The Citadel.

Shea will celebrate 12 years in the Navy this June and was commissioned into the Navy as an Officer in a ceremony on May 8th. He graduated with a BSEE in Electrical Engineering on May 9th, 2015.
