Citadel Class of 2015 graduate Michael Towery commissions into U.S. Army

Citadel Class of 2015 graduate, Michael Towery of St. Johns, Florida, has commissioned into the U.S. Army.

Families, friends, faculty and staff assembled at the Summerall Chapel on The Citadel campus to honor the newly commissioned officers. The commissioning cadets and students took oaths accepting their appointments as officers in the U.S. armed services.

Towery was commissioned during a ceremony on May 8, 2015.

Towery received a BA in Criminal Justice during commencement on May 9, 2015.
