Citadel Class of 2016 graduate, Jacob Stewart, commissions into U.S. Army

Citadel Class of 2016 graduate, Jacob Stewart of Gulfport, Mississippi, has commissioned into the U.S. Army.

Families, friends, faculty and staff assembled at the Summerall Chapel on The Citadel campus to honor the newly commissioned officers. The commissioning cadets and students took oaths accepting their appointments as officers in the U.S. armed services.

Stewart was commissioned during a ceremony on May 6, 2016.
