Citadel Class of 2016 graduate Jason McDonald commissions into U.S. Marine Corps

Citadel Class of 2016 graduate, Jason McDonald of Summerville, SC, has commissioned into the U.S. Marine Corps.

Families, friends, faculty and staff assembled at the Summerall Chapel on The Citadel campus to honor the newly commissioned officers. The commissioning cadets and students took oaths accepting their appointments as officers in the U.S. armed services.

McDonald was commissioned during a ceremony on May 6, 2016.

McDonald received a BSCE in Civil Engineering during commencement on May 7, 2016.
