Citadel Class of 2016 graduate John Luke Tippetts commissions into U.S. Air Force

Citadel Class of 2016 graduate, John Luke Tippetts of Boerne, Texashas commissioned into the U.S. Air Force.

Families, friends, faculty and staff assembled at the Summerall Chapel on The Citadel campus to honor the newly commissioned officers. The commissioning cadets and students took oaths accepting their appointments as officers in the U.S. armed services.

Tippetts was commissioned during a ceremony on May 6, 2016.

Tippetts received a B.S. in Business Administration during commencement on May 7, 2016.
