Citadel Class of 2016 graduate Michael Sickles commissions into U.S. Marine Corps

Citadel Class of 2016 graduate, Michael Sickles of Goose Creek, South Carolina, has commissioned into the U.S. Marine Corps.

Families, friends, faculty and staff assembled at the Summerall Chapel on The Citadel campus to honor the newly commissioned officers. The commissioning cadets and students took oaths accepting their appointments as officers in the U.S. armed services.

Sickles was commissioned during a ceremony on May 6, 2016.

Sickles received a B.S. in Business Administration during commencement on May 7, 2016.
