Haley Osmer Enrolls With the Class of 2016 at the Citadel

Cadet Recruit Haley Ann Osmer of Mt. Pleasant, SC, has enrolled with the Class of 2016 at The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina.

Osmer is a member of Tango Company.
