Jhen-Yu Liao Enrolls With the Class of 2016 at the Citadel

Cadet Recruit Jhen-Yu X Liao of Taiwching City, Taiwan, has enrolled with the Class of 2016 at The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina.

Liao is a member of India Company.
