The Citadel honors Joseph Cook with graduation award

Joseph Cook of Goose Creek, SC (29445) was recognized for their outstanding academic and professional achievements at The Citadel during the South Carolina Corps of Cadets commencement ceremony Saturday, May 5.

Cook was presented the David Shingler Spell Second Honor Graduate Award. The David Shingler Spell Second Honor Graduate Award is presented to the cadet with the second highest grade point average in the class. Recipients of the award receive an inscribed plaque and a stipend for educational expenses at the graduate level.
